I earned my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, OR.
I am a primary care physician and family doctor. In addition to being knowledgeable in conventional therapies and pharmacology, I am also extensively trained in natural and integrative modalities, including nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and physical medicine.
My clinical interests include digestive disorders, chronic illness/autoimmune disease, thyroid and other endocrine imbalances, integrative cancer care, pediatrics, and women's health (everything from yeast infections to HPV to fertility to menopause).
As a medical intern I completed a prestigious year-long rotation in integrative women's health.
As an ND, I enjoy using both natural and conventional treatments, as well as connecting patients with diet and lifestyle habits that help them feel fabulous.
When I'm not seeing patients, I enjoy writing articles for both the medical community and lay audiences. I am also a health educator, and particularly enjoy teaching adolescents about healthy eating habits and the prevention of sexually transmitted infections. See More
