About Me

I'm Jill Rodriguez, Expert Fitness Trainer & Weight Loss Coach and I specialize in sensible weight loss strategies for women in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s by providing them with total wellness, fitness and nutrition training and coaching. I have been in the fitness industry since 1986. I still have a strong passion for what I do and am thrilled to be a part of a growing industry. I maintain a blog recognized by We Magazine for Women as a Woman Blogger to Watch, I've been voted Best Personal Trainer in Chicago by The Chicago Reader, I have been nominated and chosen Runner Up for International Coach of the year but most importantly, I can boast about such things only because my clients are fabulous people and I am blessed to spend my days with such an inspiring community.
