About Me

My first career was in entertainment. I spent years on the stage and set. A life event led me to realize I needed to do something else. Allergies made me learn many different cooking techniques, so I decided to garner the science behind all the foods that I had seen change lives. It took 7 years because I had no science background. However, that allowed me to spend time talking to experts, develop theories and do research. My family is riddle with diabetes, cardiac problems and obesity. I decided to change this trend. Now everything I do is based on science. What I have learned is that no two people are alike. I never had someone a print out of a diet. We talk. I sit and listen to your life, you challenges, your family and your goals. Together, we make a plan and incorporate strategies to get you to the next step toward your vision of optimal health.
