About Me

Towards the end of my training in internal medicine I came to realize that I didn't like the way conventional medicine approaches chronic diseases, nor did I resonate with our current health care system in general. So, I looked for an alternative, and found integrative medicine. I began helping myself and my patients with nutrition, exercise, sunshine, sleep, supplements and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy...and this changed my life. My mom was also going through menopause at about the same time, so that and my reading on the subject made me realize the seriousness of menopause, that not many physicians knew how to treat it correctly, and that one day it was going to happen to me! So, I became a menopause expert. Through my journey I have also learned that a concierge-style practice is the best way for me to empower my patients, get results, and bring customer service back to medicine.
