I feel that I'm very picky about how I get turned on. I didn't used to be like this, should I be worried?

You didn't provide many details yet, so it's hard to say.
But I do know one thing: In my office when a woman complains that she she's having trouble getting turned on with her partner, it's often the case that she's no longer feeling connection or passion from her partner. Find the passion again, and sometimes the problem disappears. Sometimes not, though. Can you provide more details of what exactly you're experiencing (or not experiencing?)
