Does marijuana use affect fertility? How bad is it to smoke if you're trying to get pregnant?

I personally and medically do not know.
My friend smokes marijuana regularly & has for a while. Two years ago she gave birth to healthy twin boys. She smoked before, during, & after pregnancy (and so does her man). She says the doctor told her that it's fine, but not to over-do it. The boys don't seem to have any health or developmental issues.

It hasn't affected my family-making...we both smoke and we're on kid number 2 now. I will note that we don't smoke constantly but daily, yes.
